OK. It's been a long time since I posted. I've been really, really busy at work, trying to get some software finished.
Well, It got signed off this morning so I've given myself the afternoon off to post crap on here ;-)
OK, stuff I have been doing at lunchtime when I should have been posting on here:
Celebdaq, play the stock market, as if celebrities actually had any value.
Weebl! Weebl and Bob!, for years I had no idea what people were on about. I am now a convert.
Reading. Chasm City by Alistair Reynolds. Altered Carbon by Richard Morgan and Max Bikes, all about how to spend 20k on a motorbike to make into the world's ultimate widow-maker ;-)
Music? Well as you know if you have been keeping up, I have a stereo in my bathroom. On it this week has been JJ72 the debut album by JJ72.
Wow, this issue is turning into a real link-fest.
Games? Got back into CS a bit more recently. Not played any matches but have been playing more and more on the Muppets server as they only run custom maps and I've started to find them more enjoyable. There's only so many times I can camp in the same place on Aztec ;-)
Speaking of CS, a member of Valve has leaked the changelog for CS1.7 due out in Qtr3, 2003.
I haven't been playing BF1942 for a couple of weeks as I'm waiting for another 256M of RAM to be delivered from Dell to hopefully remove someof the jerkiness.
OK, er, that's about it. This weekend I'm gonna keep it very quiet as I have a big visa bill to pay, so gonna finish that Chasm City book, watch The West Wing on ch4 on Saturday and there's bound to be a film on ch4 Sunday night.
